QSN is a party created for queers, by queers. We come together to celebrate queer culinary talent, nourish our bodies and connect with our communities, all while creating a collective impact for local grassroots movements and partners.

We believe that we are strongest when we are joyful and generous, together.

QSN was created in the wake of the 2016 election by chef and cookbook author, Liz Alpern. Soon thereafter, the national leadership crew expanded to include media manager Jen Martin and brand manager Kathleen Cunningham. In addition to a large group of volunteers who make the events possible, QSN is led by local chapter leaders in each location.
