Joining QSN this year you’ll find…Plant Kween giving a tour of the Aquatic House and Tropical Pavilion, Drag Story Hour for children and families, a family-friendly community activity presented by the Discovery Garden team on the Plant Family Collection lawn, and QSN on the Cherry Esplanade. Out My Closet is a non-profit organization that empowers displaced and under-resourced LGBTQ youth with clothing, care, and creates affirming multimedia messages of hope, inclusiveness, and compassion and support.
QSN DMV! The First Ever!
Calling all lovers of queer love, joy, and soup to join us for our first QSN DMV fundraiser, featuring Chef Kareem Mr. Bake Queeman, Chef Mykie Moll and Chef Angela Rose dishing out delectable soups and AYA bartenders serving up beautiful bevies at As You Are Bar.
Suggested soup donation is $10-20. All proceeds will go to local Black-led, abolitionist defense hub, Harriet’s Wildest Dreams. All are welcome, regardless of funds.

QSN BK Happy Hour!
Welcome back to soup season! ALL are welcome to join us as Chef Terence J. Harvey and Slutty Sammys sling soups until they reach the bottom of the pot. Suggested donation is $10-15 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Bring Your Own Spoon!
For the first time ever, proceeds will support Queer Soup Night HQ. Our all-volunteer network of 12 chapters across the country has been operating on a shoestring budget since QSN launched in January, 2017 (seven years ago!). We’re currently in need of funds to support our most basic needs (website domain, software subscriptions, storage and a few other things we’d be very happy to tell you all about!). Thank you for supporting our work so we can keep throwing parties and raising funds for community orgs!
There will be vegan and gf options, of course! Soup is first come, first served.

A very special QSN (to-go!) comes to Philly. Swing by and grab some soup to take with you. Proceeds benefit the Free Grocery Store Pilot from the West Philly Bunny Hop and Free Brunch Program. The space will also feature a free store, some groceries to pick up and of course, queer community. Just show up! Vegan options always available.

Lazy Sunday Soup, in Brooklyn!
Happy 2023! We’re trying out a new format this January…Lazy Sunday Soup. Each hour we’ll be bringing out a new soup by a different chef. So stroll in whenever, try a new soup, stay a while.
Allstar chef line up featuring Liz Alpern, Renae Wilson, Zoe Adjonyoh and Pri Aguilr. Donations will be collected via cash and venmo but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. 100% of proceeds will benefit Anti-Violence Project.

World AIDS Day 12/1
QSN will be serving soup to keep you warm during the annual AIDS Memorial vigil and ceremony in NYC. Join us for hot soup, intergenerational connections, and a collective honoring of so many lives lost. More info to come. Save the date for this meaningful gathering.

Join a queer crew and volunteer at one of QSN’s fave orgs, GLWD. We’ll chop veggies, package up food, hang in NYC’s largest commercial kitchen, and help feed New Yorkers who are homebound. Come cozy up with us this fall! We'll be gathering for a night of nourishment and fun to support The Sylvia Center, partnering with community-based organizations, schools, and businesses to deliver nutrition-focused culinary programming through NYC and Columbia County, NY.
We'll be serving up lots of soup (yes to vegan and gf options), live music by 2 NOTE Hudson, and awesome queer vibes. There will be non-alcoholic beverages, beer & wine available for purchase. Please bring some cash for food donations (suggested donation $10-20). You can also donate via Venmo.
Consider bringing your own spoon (BYOS) to reduce our environmental impact! Featured chefs TBA!
There will be plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating available, and we encourage you to dress warmly for the weather. This event is ADA accessible.

We’re back in Brooklyn! AND, for the first time EVER, we’re gonna be slinging soup in the backyard of the one and only Ginger’s Bar! Beneficiary org is Team TLC NYC, an all volunteer crew providing support to asylum seekers and refugees arriving in our City. Soups by the incredibly talented Silvia Barban and Tony Ortiz. Popcorn by QSN vet Libby Willis. Bring cash if you can for donations (suggested $15). Come early. It’s gonna get crazy. No tix or RSVP required. First come, first served.
